Michelle Radtke serves as the Wildfire Mitigation County Coordinator for the Modoc Fire Safe Council, working directly with residents through fuel reduction projects, workshops and cleanups, and bringing agencies together countywide through the Modoc Fuels Collaborative and the Fire Prevention and Education Committee. She also works for the Modoc RCD as board clerk. Michelle managed a DMV office, reflecting a career built on serving her community. She is Secretary of the Modoc Economic Development Commission and the County Fair Board, and President of her subdivision's HOA, a high-fire-risk community, giving her firsthand resident perspective in her work as County Coordinator.
